Armando Vancini
My journey in the construction industry began in 1994 when I started working as a laborer, steadily working my way up through dedication and hard work. In 2005, I obtained my California contractor license, marking a significant milestone in my professional growth. During this period, I built numerous houses and mansions for a builder in California, establishing a reputation for quality and reliability.
With a vision to establish my own construction company, I partnered with dedicated professionals and trustworthy lenders. This collaboration enabled me to excel in purchasing lots, building homes, and selling them with great success.
In Brazil, I made substantial investments and took on the formidable challenge of contributing to the construction of the country's largest and most expensive homes. Additionally, I worked on affordable apartment housing projects and developed both upscale gated communities and middle-class subdivisions. These projects not only solidified my expertise in complex construction but also involved achieving great finishes and managing large crews with many different trades, affirming that there is no limit to what I can build.
Returning to the United States was a difficult decision, influenced by external political persecution factors. However, this move allowed me to achieve even greater accomplishments. Starting as a superintendent in a few respected hospitality renovation companies, I quickly advanced to lead superintendent, and then to project manager and senior project manager. Working for these hospitality renovation companies provided me with invaluable knowledge of the industry's best practices and common pitfalls, enabling me to improve and refine my approach.
My relentless pursuit of excellence culminated in my current role as the owner of a owner of a subcontractor company, where I continue to bring dreams to life for big hospitality GCs with pride and dedication. Our history is a testament to resilience, passion, and an unwavering commitment to making extraordinary projects a reality.
