With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, I began my career in 1994, shortly after obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Maringá (UEM), Brazil.

Since then, I have managed and executed projects including residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, schools, hospitals, inns, hotels, religious temples, and prison complexes. I also hold an MBA in Design, Performance, and Construction of Structures & Foundations from IPOG, Brazil. Today,
